Hello all!

Here is our latest quarterly report. We were so optimistic coming into this year, with falling interest rates and a few years of pent-up demand ready to be unleashed. Forces outside of Sequim have caused many buyers here and across the country to pause their homebuying pursuits. Hopefully all that is resolved soon.

On another note… We are so excited to welcome Devon Beck to the Team! Devon lived here in Sequim and worked for Nash’s Organic Produce for about a decade before leaving for a job opportunity in Seattle. Devon became a very successful Realtor in the Seattle area in 2021 and has just returned to the Peninsula she loves so much to join our lucky Team! Welcome Devon!
