2024 brings some new rules and regulations to real estate transactions in WA State. Most notably is the requirement for buyers and sellers to enter into a written services agreement with their broker. The Agency Law, or Real Estate Brokerage in Washington, pamphlet describes the duties and relationships of brokers to sellers and buyers. Click on this link to read the 4 page document.
