Here is our latest quarterly report for Sequim. Home values have held pretty steady over the past few quarters as has the inventory and sales volume numbers. Even as interest rates have risen to over 7%, it turns out that housing is still a basic need and Sequim is still a great place to live.

Our team is extremely fortunate to have brought on Realtors Jerrin Fiorini and Britney Young recently to help us serve our clients. We were also voted “Best Real Estate Team” in Clallam County for the second year in a row, and I was fortunate enough to be invited once again to mastermind with the top 1% of RE/MAX agents in North America at the RE/MAX Elite Retreat.
