Personal Statement
E. Michael is licensed as a Managing Broker in the State of Washington. A graduate of Washington State University, E. Michael has represented more buyers in Clallam County over the past 9 years than any of the over 300 agents in our area. E. Michael has the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, and prides himself upon educating buyers on our area.

E. Michael has also become a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by completing extensive coursework as well as the transaction experience required to obtain this prestigious designation. Last year, 28% of all real estate transactions in the USA were handled by a CRS designee, even though only 4% of all REALTORS® hold the CRS designation.

E. Michael is also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), a Certified for Internet Professionalism (e-PRO), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). E. Michael loves what he does and takes great pride in the fact that his past clients insist that their friends and family use his Buyer Agency services when they purchase real estate in our area.
